Privacy Policy

Game Day and Beyond is a static sports venue and travel directory. This policy describes the rebuilt directory, including its optional analytics.

Using the directory

You do not need an account to read our guides. The directory has no contact form, reviews database, cloud favorites or AI travel planner. We do not sell tickets or fulfill bookings.

Serving a page involves your browser making requests to the hosting service, which receives technical information such as your IP address and requested URL. Analytics choices do not prevent the requests needed to deliver the site.

Optional Google Analytics

With your explicit permission on the production site, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and use of the directory. We do not load or contact Google Analytics before consent. Local and protected preview builds do not run analytics.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and processes browser/device information, page and session activity, and network information when requests reach Google. Aggregate reporting does not mean every underlying event is anonymous.

The configured enhanced-measurement categories are: page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, site search, form interactions, video engagement, file downloads. Where the corresponding interaction occurs, this can include visited pages, scroll depth, clicked link destinations, search terms, form-start/submission events, supported embedded-video activity and download-link details. This directory currently has no search form, contact form or embedded video; enabling those measurement categories does not create those services. Google also records automatic visit/session and engagement events.

Our page-view code supplies the canonical page URL without query strings or fragments and does not send a referrer value. We do not add custom email-click tracking, User-ID or user-provided-data collection. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration; this release does not add Google Ads linking.

Your choice and withdrawal

Choose Accept analytics to opt in, or Necessary only to continue without analytics. Both choices leave the directory available. Use Analytics choices in the footer at any time to review or change your decision.

Choosing Necessary only stops future analytics collection by this site and removes this property's analytics cookies that the site can clear. If analytics has already loaded, the page reloads after your refusal is saved. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data previously sent to Google.

Your choice and its timestamp are stored in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days; no email address or visitor identifier is stored with that preference. A new choice restarts that period. Clearing browser data removes the choice. If a choice cannot be saved, this page does not enable analytics. Choices are browser-specific.

Retention

Google Analytics event-data retention is configured to 14 months. Reset user data on new activity is On, so new activity can extend retention associated with a user identifier. This setting does not limit Google's standard aggregated reports; it is not a promise that all analytics data is deleted after 14 months.

Our analytics tag sets a 180-day cookie lifetime without refreshing that lifetime on activity. Cookie lifetime, browser preference storage and Google's server-side data retention are separate settings.

Email, advertising and external services

If you email us, your email service and ours process your address, message and any attachments so we can receive and respond to your question or correction. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Email is separate from analytics consent.

AdSense and affiliate tracking are disabled in this release. External links, when followed, take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not operate those services or process their transactions.
